Ivan Vladimirovich Dykhovichnyy (Russian: Иван Владимирович Дыховичный, 16 October 1947 – 27 September 2009)[1] was a Russian film director and screenwriter. His father was a well-known Soviet song writer. Dykhovichny was a close friend of Vladimir Vysotsky who dedicated a long poem to him.

He directed ten films between 1984 and 2009. His film Muzyka dlya dekabrya was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 1995 Cannes Film Festival.[2]
