J. Millard Tawes Gymnasium is located on the campus of University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, Maryland. It was the home of the school's men's and women's basketball teams until 2000, when the Hytche Athletic Center opened. It is now used mainly for intramurals.[1] It was named after the former governor of Maryland, who was born in nearby Crisfield.
