JDS Development is an American real-estate development group headquartered in Manhattan, with an additional presence in Miami and Southern Florida. The firm was founded by Michael Stern, a native of Long Island.[1]

Developments

JDS has created buildings in Southern Florida, Manhattan, and Brooklyn. Notable developments include 111 West 57th Street, 9 DeKalb Avenue, and the American Copper Buildings.[2][3][4]
