Jack Kaminer

Jack Kaminer is a former collegiate level basketball coach.

Early life

Kaminer was raised in Brooklyn and attended Long Island University on a basketball scholarship.[1]

College

Kaminer coached at CCNY from 1971 to 1974.[2]

High school

Kaminar coached at Wingate High School, Franklin K. Lane High School and Truman High School. Kaminer coached high school sports at Scarsdale High School [3] He was later inducted into the New York State Basketball Hall of Fame.[2]

Personal life

Kaminar created the Focus for the Future Program which sends underprivileged kids to a summer camp.[4]
