Jack Wallace (sledge hockey)

Jack Wallace (born in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey on June 24, 1998[1]) was a member of the gold medal winning US team in Para ice hockey at the 2018 Winter Paralympics. He was honored in his hometown after returning from the Paralympics. His disability is an amputation due to a water skiing accident in youth.[2]
