Jacqueline Peschard Mariscal, Mexican sociologist, is director Chairman of the Federal Institute for Access to Public Information since 2007, was city council's Federal Electoral Institute from 1997 to 2003.

Sociology from UNAM, has a doctorate from the Colegio de Michoacán in Social Sciences, has been a professor at El Colegio de México, ITAM and the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, a member of the National System of Researchers level II has been an advisor to election-to Iraq in October 2004.
