Jacques "Haitian Jack" Agnant[1] is a Haitian-born music executive and promoter in the rap music industry. He has worked with several popular artists including Tupac Shakur and The Notorious B.I.G. Some believe that he was involved in the botched robbery at Quad Recording Studios in 1994, in which Shakur was shot; however, Agnant denies any involvement.[1][2][3][4][5]In 2007, the United States deported Agnant to Haiti.[5]
