Jakub Vrzáň is a Czech slalom canoeist who has competed since the mid-2000s together with his C-2 partner Tomáš Koplík.

He won two medals in the C-2 team event at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with a silver in 2010 and a bronze in 2014. He also won four medals in the same event at the European Championships (2 golds, 1 silver and 1 bronze).
