Jakuszów [jaˈkuʂuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Miłkowice, within Legnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Miłkowice, 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-west of Legnica, and 66 kilometres (41 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
