James Francis Dwyer (1874–1952)[1][2] was an Australian writer. From 1902 he wrote more than 300 stories for pulp magazines such as Black Cat, Harper's Bazaar and Collier's.[3]

In 1899 he was convicted of forgery and sentenced to seven years.[4][5]
