James Henry Wittebols (born 1955) is an author and Professor at the University of Windsor.
Biography
He received his bachelor's degree in Journalism and Sociology from Central Michigan University and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Sociology from Washington State University. He teaches media, culture and politics. He wrote two books:[1]
- The Soap Opera Paradigm: Television Programming and Corporate Priorities (2004)
- Watching M*A*S*H, Watching America: A Social History of the 1972-1983 Television Series. (1998)
