James Huddlestone is a professional rugby league footballer of the 1970s, and '80s playing at club level for Castleford, as a Second-row, i.e. number 11 or 12, during the era of contested acrums.[1][2]

James Huddlestone played Right-Prop, i.e. number 10, in Castleford's 17-7 victory over Featherstone Rovers in the 1977 Yorkshire Cup final during the 1977–78 season at Headingley Stadium, Leeds on Saturday 15 October 1977.
