James Park (geologist)

James Park (1857–1946) was a Scottish geologist, director of school of mines, university professor and writer, active in New Zealand. He was born in Kintore, Aberdeenshire, in 1857.[1][2]
His son Air Commodore Sir Keith Park had a distinguished career in the Royal Air Force in two world wars.
