Jarom Wagoner is an American city planner and politician.

Wagoner graduated from Arizona State University and is a city planner for Caldwell, Idaho. He was a planner for the Ada County Highway District. In November 2017, Wagoner was appointed to the Idaho House of Representatives when Brandon Hixon resigned from the Idaho House of Representatives. Wagoner is involved with the Republican Party.[1][2]
