Javier Moreno Sánchez (born March 12, 1965 in Switzerland) is a Spanish politician and former Member of the European Parliament for the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (2004-2009),[1] part of the Party of European Socialists. Since November 1, 2014, he is the Secretary General of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists & Democrats.[2]
