Herbert Jody Maginley (born 7 June 1995) is an Antiguan and Barbudan tennis player.

Maginley has a career high ATP singles ranking of 1238 achieved on 5 March 2018. He also has a career high ATP doubles ranking of 1235 achieved on 27 November 2017.

Maginley represents Antigua and Barbuda at the Davis Cup, where he has a W/L record of 7–8.

Maginley played college tennis at Northern Kentucky University.[1]
