Joe Hirst (born 21 April 1987, in Wakefield) is a rugby league footballer, playing at club level for Halifax, Wakefield Trinity (reserve grade), Featherstone Rovers, and Sheffield Eagles, as a Second-row, or Loose forward/Lock. Joe signed for Sheffield Eagles in 2009, and in 2011 won the Supporters Player of the year award, along with the Players Player of the award, as Sheffield reached the Championship Grand Final.
