Joe Mills (born Matthew Stott 14 June 1972) is a British actor, sports broadcaster, writer and voice actor who has worked on various shows in the UK.

He is the son of the late Labour Party MP Roger Stott.

As of 2014 he joined the voice cast of Thomas & Friends voicing the characters of Donald, Douglas, Oliver, and Toad in the UK and the US.
