Joseph Pondelik (May 8, 1902 – February 1965) was an American football player. He played college football for the Chicago Maroons football team of the University of Chicago from 1922 to 1924, and was a consensus first-team selection to the 1924 College Football All-America Team.[1] He was married in 1926 to Margaret Lee, "Miss Chicago of 1924," but the highly-publicized marriage ended in divorce a year later.[2]
