Joel A. Miller is the writer, producer, and director of the indie feature film The Still Life starring Jason Barry.[1] Miller was born in Cambridge, England and grew up in Southern California. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Art History.[2]

He also co-wrote the song "God's Reasons", performed by Darius Rucker.
