John Parker (MP for Clitheroe)

John Parker (1754–1797) was an English politician. He was a Member of Parliament (MP) for Clitheroe 1780-1782.

He was the son of Edward Parker of Browsholme Hall, Yorkshire (now in Lancashire), and was educated at Eton College and Christ's College, Cambridge. The art patron Thomas Lister Parker was his son.[1]
