Johnny Kay (born John Kaciuban, 23 June 1940) is a guitarist from Chester, Pennsylvania, USA. He is most widely known as one of the guitarists for the early rock 'n' roll group Bill Haley & the Comets from 1960-1968. After a brief audition, Kay was asked by Bill Haley to join his band, the Comets, in June 1960 when he was only 19 years old.[1]
