Jorma Kalevi Huuhtanen (born 26 November 1945 in Soini) is a Finnish physician, civil servant and politician. He served as Minister of Social Affairs from 24 April 1992 to 13 April 1995. He was a member of the Parliament of Finland from 1987 to 2000, representing the Centre Party. He was the Director General of Kela from 2000 to 2010.[1]
