José Antonio Arbesú
José Antonio Arbesú Fraga (born 21 June 1940 in Havana, Cuba) is a Cuban diplomat. Mr. Arbesu served as the chief of the Cuban Interests Section in Washington, D.C. from 1979 to 1992.[1] [2]
