José María Napoleón Ruiz Narváez (August 18, 1950) is a Mexican singer and composer. He arrived from Aguascalientes to Mexico City in 1966. He sang at the OTI Festival in 1977. Singers like Vicente Fernández, Pepe Aguilar, Pedro Fernández, Yuri, Franck Pourcel, Plácido Domingo and José José, Rosario De Alba sang his compositions.
