José Diosdado Prat García (10 August 1905 – 17 May 1994) was a Spanish politician and lawyer from 1 March 1979 to 17 November 1982.[1] He was from Partido Socialista Obrero Español.[2] He was deputy of Madrid on 17 May 1994 and deputy of Albacete on 10 August 1905.[3] He also served as the 46th Solicitor General of Spain.

He died on 17 May 1994 due a illness.[4]
