Josée Vigneron-Ramackers (25 January 1914 – 30 August 2002) was a Belgian music educator, conductor and composer. Josée (Christiane) Vigneron-Ramackers was born in Leopoldsburg (Limbourg), Belgium. She studied harmony and counterpoint at the Limburgsche.[1][2]
