Jose David Flores (born January 1, 1971) is a Puerto Rican baseball coach for the Philadelphia Phillies of Major League Baseball.

The Houston Astros selected Flores in the 38th round of the 1990 MLB draft. He played in Minor League Baseball for the Astros' organization for five years. After retiring as a player, Flores served as a coach in the Puerto Rican Winter League and manager of the Puerto Rican national baseball team.[1] He worked for the Chicago Cubs as their minor league infield coordinator. The Phillies hired Flores for their major league coaching staff after the 2017 season.[2]
