Joseph S. Saladino is the current Supervisor of the Town of Oyster Bay in Nassau County, Long Island. Saladino previously served as a member for the 9th District of the New York Assembly. He is a Republican.
Life and career
Saladino is a lifetime resident of Massapequa. He graduated from Massapequa High School in 1979.[1] His father is Joseph J. Saladino, a former New York Supreme Court Justice who died in 2000 at the age of 75.[2]
New York Assembly
Saladino was first elected in a special election on March 9, 2004,[3]. He won consecutive re-elections with at least 66% of the vote until his interim appointment as Supervisor for the Town of Oyster Bay.
