Joy Elaine Hruby, OAM, (born 1927) is a former Australian actress, comedian, TV presenter, producer, film-maker, author and agent with a career spanning more than 50 years.[1] Hruby is the presenter and producer of her own program, "Joy's World", which is screened weekly on TVS (Television Sydney). Her contribution to the arts and entertainment was recognised with an Order of Australia Medal (OAM) in the 2007 Queen's New Years Honours List.[2]

Hruby has written a wartime memoir called Dubbo Dazzlers.[2]
