Ju Kyu-chang (b. 1939) is the director of the Korean Workers Party Machine-Building Industry Department.[1]

He is reported to be the head of North Korea's nuclear and missile programs.[2]

He was named to the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea in 2010.
