Judith Ann "Judy" McGrath (born July 2, 1952 in Scranton, Pennsylvania) is an American television executive.

Named Chairman and CEO of MTV Networks on July 20, 2004, McGrath oversaw the networks' channels, including MTV, MTV2, VH-1, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, TV Land, and Logo. She is a graduate of Cedar Crest College and Scranton Central High School. In 2009, she was named the 62nd most powerful woman in the world by Forbes.[1] She stepped down from her position on May 5, 2011.[2]

In 2013, in partnership with Sony Music, McGrath launched mobile video startup, Astronauts Wanted: 'No Experience Necessary'.[3]

In 2014, McGrath joined the board of directors of Amazon.[4]
