Justin Lynch (born August 27, 1996) is an American swimmer.[1]

Lynch has bested national age-group records set by world and Olympic champion Michael Phelps.[2][3] From Vallejo, CA, Lynch is a freshman at University of California, Berkeley in the fall of 2014.[4] Lynch is an alumnus of "Visions in Education"., a tuition-free public charter school.
