KFAN-FM (107.9 FM) is a radio station broadcasting an adult album alternative format. Licensed to Johnson City, Texas, USA, the station is owned by J. & J. Fritz Media, Ltd.[1]

History

The station went on the air as KBKK on 1990-05-21. On 1991-02-08, the station changed its call sign to KFAN, and on 1991-07-16, to the current KFAN-FM.[2]

The station is often referred to simply as "The Fan."
