Advocate Kagda Chandya Padvi[1] is a member of the 13th Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. He represents the Akkalkuva (ST) Assembly Constituency. He belongs to the Indian National Congress.[2] In 2004 he represented the 84 - Akrani (ST) Assembly Constituency.[3]
