Refer to Paulus Kapia for the politician from Namibia

Kapia is a Turkish phrase for an outdoor meeting place, usually located at a public intersection or bridge. The Kapia was usually equipped with sofas and coffee and was used for residents of a town or village for social occasions.

A kapia is featured prominently in the novel The Bridge on the Drina.
