Karsholtia marianii is a moth of the Tineidae family. It was described by Rebel in 1936. It is found in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria, France and on Sicily.[2]
The wingspan is 8–11 mm.[3] Adults are on wing in July.[4]
The larvae have been recorded feeding on the decaying trunks of Carpinus betulus.[5]
