Kemar Mowatt

Kemar Mowatt (born 12 March 1995) is a collegiate Jamaican hurdler. As of 2017 he is a senior at the University of Arkansas.

Without any previous merits on the international level, he finished fourth at the 2017 World Championships.[1]

His personal best time is 48.49 seconds, achieved in June 2017 in Eugene, Oregon.[1][2]
