Kentucky Route 1790 (KY 1790) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The entire route is located in Shelby County and is 4.449 miles (7.160 km) long.

Route description

The route originates at a junction with KY 53 in Shelbyville and travels eastward through a residential area before crossing Guist Creek roughly 1 mile from KY 53, entering a more rural area of Shelby County. The route continues to travel eastward, passing the western terminus of KY 2866 and crossing over Interstate 64. The route then turns northeast and passes through Hooper before meeting its eastern terminus at KY 714 (Hempridge Road).
