Kentucky Route 381 (KY 381) is a 10.472-mile-long (16.853 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway connects mostly rural areas of Graves County with Lynnville and Sedalia.

Route description

KY 381 begins at an intersection with State Line Road at the Tennessee state line in the southeastern part of Graves County, where the roadway continues as Tennessee State Route 89. It travels to the north-northeast and curves to the north-northwest. It then curves to the northwest and travels through Fairbanks. It crosses over Caldwell Creek, curves to the north-northwest, and enters Lynnville. There, it intersects with KY 94. After leaving Lynnville, the highway intersects KY 83. It passes Kesterson Cemetery and crosses over Bacon Creek. A short distance later, it enters Sedalia, where it meets its northern terminus, an intersection with KY 97/KY 339.[1]
