Kim Evan McQuilken (born February 26, 1951 in Allentown, Pennsylvania) is a former American football quarterback in the National Football League for the Atlanta Falcons and Washington Redskins. He played college football at Lehigh University and was drafted in the third round of the 1974 NFL Draft. In five NFL seasons Kim threw for four touchdowns and 29 interceptions. Using advanced metrics, McQuilken is ranked as the worst quarterback in NFL history to see multiple years of action.[1] He played for one season with the Washington Federals of the United States Football League in their 1983 inaugural season and was their opening day starter, only to be benched in favor of Mike Hohensee early in the season.

McQuilken went on to become executive vice president of the Cartoon Network, before leaving the network in 2006 to set up his own sports and entertainment marketing and licensing consulting business.[2]
