Kirby Dar Dar (born March 27, 1972 in Morgan City, Louisiana) is a retired American professional football player for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League. He attended Syracuse University and played on Syracuse's football team as a running back. He was signed by the Dolphins as a rookie free agent in 1995 by Don Shula and played as a wide receiver in the 1995 scored 2 touchdowns in a season, 1996, and 1998 seasons. He was waived October 1, 1998. He played for the New York/New Jersey Hitmen of the XFL in 2001. He was drafted in the 3rd round by the Noho Blues in 2003, EFL.

Dar Dar currently in Syracuse, New York. He was the head coach of the short-lived Syracuse Soldiers of the AIFL in 2006. He is the son of Kirby Dar Dar Sr.
