Klaus Perwas

Klaus Perwas (born 8 March 1971) is a German former basketball player and current assistant coach of the German professional club Frankfurt Skyliners.[1]

Playing career

Perwas played professional basketball for the German teams SG Bramsche-Osnabrück (1994–95), SSV Ulm 1846 (1995–1997) and Telekom Baskets Bonn (1997–2001).

Coaching career

After serious knee-injuries ended his playing career, Perwas joined the coaching staff of the Telekom Baskets Bonn. Later, he also coached for the Dragons Rhoendorf and Frankfurt Skyliners.

German national team

Perwas played 12 games for the German national basketball team. His most notable performance was 17 points against Greece.
