Koh Pich (Khmer: កោះពេជ្រ; English: Diamond Island) is a new town touching Phnom Penh on the rivers Mekong and Bassac.

The land was a swamp until the year 2000,[1] it is now (2017) under work and could become the Phnom Penh residential district, while becoming a separate municipality.

A neighborhood named "Elysée" has a style inspired by Paris.[2] In other areas high towers are under construction.[3]
