Koski Pierwsze [ˈkɔski ˈpjɛrfʂɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Panki, within Kłobuck County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south of Panki, 15 km (9 mi) south-west of Kłobuck, and 69 km (43 mi) north of the regional capital Katowice.

The village has a population of 92.
