Kozlov is a village and municipality (obec) in Havlíčkův Brod District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 7.43 square kilometres (2.87 sq mi), and has a population of 137 (as at 3 July 2006).

Kozlov lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) north-west of Havlíčkův Brod, 44 km (27 mi) north-west of Jihlava, and 74 km (46 mi) south-east of Prague.
