Kozly is a village and municipality (obec) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 4.35 square kilometres (1.68 sq mi), and has a population of 119 (as at 28 August 2006).

Kozly lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north of Louny, 29 km (18 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 62 km (39 mi) north-west of Prague.
