Kraśniczyn [kraɕˈnit͡ʂɨn] is a village in Krasnystaw County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.[1] It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Kraśniczyn. It lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) south-east of Krasnystaw and 66 km (41 mi) south-east of the regional capital Lublin.

The village has a population of 447.
