Kulwant Rana (born 5 December 1970) is a leader of Bhartiya Janta Party and a former member of the Delhi Legislative Assembly. He became MLA in 2003, 2008 and 2013. He has served as the Vice President of Bhartiya Janta Party, Delhi State. He was born and raised in Shahbad Daulatpur Village. He is famous among the people for his hardworking attitude.[1]
