Kurt Schmid (born February 11, 1932, in Baar, Switzerland) is a Swiss rower who competed in the 1952 Summer Olympics and in the 1960 Summer Olympics.
In 1952, he won the bronze medal with his partner Hans Kalt, for Switzerland in the coxless pairs event.
Eight years later, in 1960, he participated as a crew member for the Swiss boat which finished sixth in the Olympic coxless fours competition.
